My first visit after my previous vet closed down. The staff is super friendly and compassionate! Rather than performing extra services she felt my cat (Ghost) didn't need and needlessly charging me extra money, Dr Edler was honest and upfront. She gave us an antibiotic, got him UTD on his shots, gave him a little scolding and told him to "make better life choices", and we got him microchipped due to his recent fascination with a transient lifestyle. 😂 Now we're back home and recuperating from his ordeal!

My vet retired and I have been looking for a new vet. I’ve tried several but was never happy. I took my babies in and love this office! Everyone is so nice and caring! It is so clean and inviting. My babies were not afraid and even loved the dr and his staff. It is our new home. I would highly recommend!Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.

I have been using this hospital for a long time. The doctors, techs and employees have always been excellent. I had a mixed terrier, Belle, that I rescued at 4 weeks old. She had anxiety very bad. The staff and doctors were very good with taking care of Belle and calming her. Unfortunately, Belle’s health declined and at 9 years old, she had to be put to sleep. My husband had unexpectedly passed away before Belle received her angel wings, so it was extra hard losing her as well. Dr. Amanda done Belle’s procedure and was very professional and understanding. I brought my baby back home for burial. Not long after my husband passed, my 8 year old Min Pin, Josiah came to live with me. (He was actually my grand dog, but my son knew how much I loved him and he let Josiah be my baby) These dogs are suppose to weigh between 8-10lbs. However, being Josiah was in a new home, around different people, his love for food got the best of him and he gained too much weight. I tried my best to get the weight off of him, but was unsuccessful. I’m sad to say, this caused Josiah to develop Diabetes. Dr. Toal was amazing as well! She took great care of Josiah, explained the treatment process to me, and assured me that if we all worked together, Josiah and I could get his weight and sugar under control. So far, so good! There are no more bad foods or treats in this house and surprisingly all is well! I highly recommend Pineville Pet Hospital. They are wonderful!

We brought our cat here to be neutered. He is our second pet we've brought to them - our first pet, our dog ended up dying - they found cancer in her and we totally understood and was grateful for their kindness during that time. However, we are extremely disappointed in the way this visit was handled. We called plenty of time in advance to ask how much the procedure would be so we could budget and was told $105. We went ahead and scheduled the procedure. We get there yesterday to drop him off and get asked if we want to do the less painful laser procedure (for an additional price)... Well, yeah, let's go ahead and do that... Then we get asked if we want to give him the pain meds (again, for an additional charge)... Considering we have already budgeted for one price, now you're adding in all these additional charges that were not originally discussed on the phone... Which makes me question what all goes into the $105 price? Why wouldn't you put that all together as isn't that generally what a pet owner would want? It was extremely frustrating to budget one thing and then nickel and dime everything else as we're dropping off. What were we going to do, say no, I don't want my fur baby to have pain meds as he gets cut into? No, we don't want him to have the less painful procedure? It may be better customer service if next time, someone calls to inquire about the price of something, you discuss the "extras" then and what all is or is not included in the price...

When my husband needed help with our older dog, everyone went out of their way to help. Lucy had been declining for quite some time and was ready to say goodbye. I can't thank Pineville Pet Hospital enough. They were kind enough to work with the pet crematory and handled everything with such kindness, compassion, and patience. The process and made it easier for hubs.

We just moved to the area and my dog got REALLY sick over the Memorial Day weekend. When I called the clinic the person who answered was very empathetic, professional, patient, and informative. I brought my dog in that afternoon. There were 2 women at the desk when I got there. I could tell by her voice that the one who had told a customer she was pregnant was who I had spoken to over the phone. Another woman ended up waiting on me. She was extremely aloof and made me feel as though everyone in there was an aggravation to her. I understand that we all have bad days, but a new (or existing) patient shouldn't contemplate walking out the door during check in because of an employees attitude. The doctor, Dr Beth, was absolutely AMAZING. She was very informative, patient, caring to my pet, and sensitive to me and my feelings about the situation. The tech that helped her was very sweet and caring to my fur baby as well. I can't recommend this place enough and the fact that it's a walk in clinic is an added bonus as well. That one sour apple behind the desk didn't make me not want to return because the rest of the experience there was so positive. My dog got an exam, a shot, a cone to stop him from getting to the infected area, and 2 prescriptions to give at home. I was expecting to spend upwards of $300.00. I was floored when I got the total bill because it was not even close to $300. Thank you so much for making your amazing care and concern for everyone's pets so affordable. Other places charge close to what I paid in total just to walk through the front door. I will definitely be keeping this as my dog's vet and recommend them to anyone. Thank y'all so much for making a scary and emotional day turn out so well. The Dr took my worries away and made me feel 100% at ease with my situation. Keep up the amazing work that y'all do!!!
